Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Secret Society Hospitality website located at www.secretsocietyevents.com ("Site") or purchasing tickets, merchandise, or services offered by Secret Society Hospitality ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of the Site constitutes your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Secret Society Hospitality is a curated event experience company that produces and promotes immersive artist nights, listening parties, and nightlife events across various venues in the United States. The Site allows users to:
Browse upcoming events and event galleries
Purchase event tickets through authorized third-party ticketing platforms (including but not limited to Posh, Eventim, and AXS)
Purchase branded merchandise
Join our broadcast channel and receive event updates
We act solely as a promoter and organizer. Ticket sales are facilitated through third-party platforms and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, purchase tickets, or purchase merchandise. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited by law from using the Site or attending events.
Many events hosted by Secret Society Hospitality take place in licensed venues with age restrictions. Attendees may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification confirming they are 21 years of age or older to enter such venues. Failure to provide acceptable identification will result in denial of entry without a refund.
4. TICKET PURCHASES & TICKET POLICY
BY PURCHASING A TICKET, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS IN THIS SECTION. YOUR PURCHASE CONFIRMS THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS.
4.1 Third-Party Ticketing Platforms
Ticket purchases are processed through authorized third-party platforms (Posh, Eventim, AXS, and others). By purchasing tickets through these platforms, you also agree to their respective terms of service and refund policies. Secret Society Hospitality is not responsible for the operation, availability, or accuracy of third-party ticketing platforms.
4.2 Ticket Limits
We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per person or per transaction to prevent ticket fraud, scalping, or resale above face value. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to exceed reasonable purchase limits or that otherwise appear fraudulent.
4.3 No Refunds or Exchanges – All Sales Are Final
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, including but not limited to personal schedule conflicts, illness, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with the event. By completing your ticket purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason other than an event cancellation initiated by Secret Society Hospitality.
In the event of a cancellation by Secret Society Hospitality, refunds will be processed through the original ticketing platform only. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with a cancelled or rescheduled event. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the rescheduled date.
4.4 No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor in connection with a ticket purchase is a direct violation of this agreement. By purchasing a ticket, you waive any right to initiate such a dispute except in cases of verified unauthorized use of your payment method.
If you initiate a chargeback, you will be held responsible for:
The full face value of the ticket(s) subject to the dispute
Any fees, penalties, or costs assessed to Secret Society Hospitality as a result of the chargeback
All reasonable costs incurred by Secret Society Hospitality in contesting the chargeback, including legal fees
Secret Society Hospitality reserves the right to pursue recovery of these amounts through all available legal means.
4.5 Consequences of Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated by you or on your behalf, Secret Society Hospitality may, at its sole discretion:
Deny you entry to the event for which the chargeback was filed, without further notice or refund
Permanently ban you from attending future Secret Society Hospitality events
Take civil or legal action to recover the disputed funds plus associated costs and damages
These consequences apply regardless of the outcome of the chargeback investigation.
4.6 Photography, Video & Social Media at Events
Events hosted by Secret Society Hospitality are photographed and filmed for content and promotional purposes. By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you acknowledge and agree that:
The event will be photographed and/or videographed
Content captured at the event, including your image and likeness, may be posted on Secret Society Hospitality's social media channels, website, and other digital platforms
Such use is made without additional compensation, notice, or consent required
If you do not wish to appear in event content, it is your responsibility to notify event staff upon arrival.
4.7 Ticket Fraud and Resale
Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain without our express written consent. We reserve the right to void any ticket that has been resold, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently. Holders of invalid tickets will be refused entry without a refund.

5. MERCHANDISE PURCHASES
All merchandise sales made through the Site are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defective or materially incorrect items. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify merchandise offerings at any time without notice. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable sales tax.
6. EVENT ATTENDANCE AND CODE OF CONDUCT
Attendance at Secret Society Hospitality events is subject to the rules and policies of the hosting venue in addition to our own conduct standards. By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you agree to:
Comply with all venue rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws
Not engage in harassment, threatening behavior, or physical altercations
Not bring prohibited items including weapons, illegal substances, or outside beverages into the venue
Submit to reasonable security screening upon entry
Consent to being photographed or filmed at the event for promotional purposes (see Section 4.6)
We and venue operators reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event for any reason, including disruptive or unsafe behavior, without a refund.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, event artwork, and video content, is the property of Secret Society Hospitality or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.
8. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Site to:
Post, transmit, or distribute any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems connected to the Site

9. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND MEDIA CONSENT
By attending a Secret Society Hospitality event, you acknowledge and agree that the event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded, and that your image, voice, and likeness may be captured and used by Secret Society Hospitality in promotional materials, social media, and other media without compensation, notice, or further consent required. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to communicate this to event staff upon arrival.

We do not endorse or control the content of third-party sites and are not responsible for their practices, content, or availability. THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 15. SEVERABILITY
